Couples Counseling/Therapy
At Mental Health Management, it is our mission to build healthy relationships between couples. Unfortunately, relationships suffer due to many factors including cultural, economic, social and one’s own understanding of a relationship. We understand that in relationship there are always ups and downs and with growing responsibilities of daily life it becomes very hard to commit to a relationship , When we start criticizing, judging our partners and no longer want to see our partner’s world from his/her perspective, when we no longer admire and appreciate our partners the Love fades.
According to Statistics Canada in 2001 there were 26, 516 divorces in Ontario and in 2005 it went up to 28, 805.
